Quality Control of our SYEMB06 clone module:
All our modules are assembled, soldered and inspected to Class 3 of the
IPC-610-C standard for electronic PCB assembly. All anti-static precautions are observed during the assembly & test procedures.
After the unit is fully assembled it goes through a 3-stage PCB cleaning process to remove solder flux and other assembly residue.
Functional Tests:
To ensure a fully functional module a variety of functional tests are performed. These tests ensure that the module will accept sample data, playback multiple samples with no unwanted noise, and hold the sample data without corruption when your unit is switched off.
The unit is powered down for 24 hours and the tests are performed again. The reliability of modern SRAM chips is such that we would be very surprised if a module failed any of the tests!
The module is then serialised and packed in a static shield bag ready for despatch.
